LONG SYNOPSIS:

Black & White in Colors has an independent spirit of interesting and original storytelling that pushes the limits of style and narrative with its interesting points of view.

Black & White in Colors is a visual experience, of colors and sound. Two years of production, three years of post-production, and many people were involved in this extreme experimental movie.

Two men and a woman (Leo, Kito and Elena) are in love with each other and they encounter all possible problems. Shortly, it is understood that something is wrong, and the twist is revealed when the main character releases his best friend.

Two worlds: the reality is a dirty, Black and White World and the Dream World is in a charming, smooth, colorful picture. The characters, Leo & Kito, are living in the present time, in a poor country, where people are confused about their dreams and consumerism.

Their confusion is an extreme cynicism, which they are ready to kill for. Leo cannot kill for such things. He doesn’t like these people. His dreams are of this same country and people, but in the past. The dreams reveal when this big, gray city was once a small colorful village. This was a time when people didn’t fight each other on a daily basis, but welcomed each other at every encounter.

Chickens weren’t eaten every day, but were free to roam around. Leo dreams of this past in powerful, bright colors. He dreams of small towns, instead of the big over-populated cities. Suddenly, the dream world enters in the reality. He dreams with his eyes open, with his altered ego, but his subconscious tries to take over. There is a fight inside Leo. Leo and Kito are best friends but they have a relationship with the same girl, Elena. Elena is in love with someone else, Rodrigo. Who is the mysterious Rodrigo? Will Leo be able to find his final dreams?
